PSA: Uninstall the app, restart your phone, install the app again. I was having so many issues with not being able to open the app or really do anything with it. I uninstalled it, restarted my phone, then reinstalled it, and it's good as new. Can even use the new PayPal feature! It looks like the devs broke the build file somehow and that has corrupted cache info which is stopping the app from working. Doing the above will let you start from scratch (just sign in, and you're ready to go!)

I have only download the just few hours ago I have read other people's reviews so far so good for me the first time found a taxi straight away this time I cancelled as it was a few minutes v and still searching as I cancelled I had a missed call from the taxi cont few minutes late my cab arrived

It's actually Silver top taxis company operating out of Melbourne. They rang and cancelled the booking claiming they don't cover that area. I was 14 km from the CBD of Bendigo at Sarong. Had to get an Uber instead. To think taxi companies are complaining about Uber.

Look at the Uber app, you might learn a lot. Poor driver tracking, doesn't give me an accurate description of how long the journey will take, if I cancel a booking through the app the driver still comes and the app freezes. Look at Uber's app, and you might finally understand that people go to Uber not only thanks their cheaper prices.

This app is rubbish. I have never managed to successfully book a taxi using it. When in Bendigo I receive a server error every time. When not in Bendigo, it refuses to accept a booking even though the pickup point is given as a Bendigo address. Utterly useless app that does not do even the bare minimum it claims to do.

Terrible which is typical of Bendigo. You make a booking and (eventually) it tells you a taxi is booked...... Then it says it's still searching for said taxi. (which one is it, please tell me ??) 10 minutes or so later still searching then BAM !! The taxi is outside your door calling and asking you were you are. Thank god I'm moving soon....
