Unfunctional software. And considering the price I paid for the aids, this software should be gold-plated. Left aid keeps dropping-known bug. Don't always pair in the morning so have to go through the process of re-pairing. Sends obnoxious messages about every 30 seconds when the aids are charging so turned off the notifications. Itsbthe only software that works fornthese aids, so think carefully before you purchase

I have to reinstall Bemore app every day for both hearing aids to work, the left one always works, the right aid fails every day. All work after reinstallation every day!!
