★★★★★ Great app. Very user-friendly. Only negative point is that the app/home banking does not allow us to assign our own labels and comment to the account movements. It would be very handy to allow us to categorize each payment.

★★★★★ Great app, 10/10 would recommend. There are some great features included with your checking account, and you can do almost everything yourself through the app. A lot of features are at your disposal.

★★☆☆☆ Incredibly hard to find anything relevant in the app cards/accounts/settings etc. It's a mess. Overly complicated Your bank app should not contain people faces, not to even mention people kissing.... It's a bank, not FB!!! How about you make another app called Belfius Lite which doesn't have all the fancy things, it's simpler and more like a bank app? And I won't even charge you for the idea, it's pro bono

★★☆☆☆ I find the current background of the bank app to be a bit distracting for my taste. While I understand the sentiment behind pride celebrations, I would prefer the option to have a neutral background on the main app screen. Perhaps offering different background themes or allowing users to choose a solid color would be a welcome improvement.
