Great app with lots of options, offers and brands. The biggest downside is that after a while, the app tends to seize up and become slow and unresponsive. Adding things to your wishlist doesn't work 100% of the time. Usually resolvable with a restart though.

I love the company and use it alot through the website but scrolling through the app is almost impossible it will just randomly jump pages and not let you scroll back so most the products on the page you are looking for you won't be able to go back and see. There's been reviews from people that have had this issue from 2019 how has this still not been fixed as the rest of the app works well I like how it is to navigate, but the scrolling issue makes it unusable.

When I couldn't receive my order, was a birthday present to myself by the way, they kicked me off the app and says app isn't compatible with my Android phone. Ridiculous Beauty Bay🙃
