The new app: Looks pretty good, intuitive and fresh but scanning feature still does not work. The old app: The worst banking app I ever used. Not intuitive, crashes all the time, scanning doesn't work, no idea how to transfer money between accounts. Very bad.

Overall good and fast. An important feature is missing: change the default account used for.QR code payments. I have already had 4-5 failed payments because the app defaults to my Epargne account, where Info not keep any money.

Literally the worst mobile banking app ever. Each year doesn't work on newest Android version, UX focuses on tasks nobody has, and every time you want to make a transaction to a new recipient, it asks you to re-enter details from a computer. The whole point of a mobile app is to NOT use a computer, FFS! Oh, and app resets your forms should you dare to switch to another app for copycatting. Delete the code, start fresh. There's absolutely nothing good about this app.

The app crashes every time I try to scan a bill, which was the main point for me to use it.

Fingerprint login never completes the setup. It will tell you some bills can't be paid by scanning them only after you filled out all the additional data it wanted. If it's not fixable so that all bills can't be paid by scanning them, say so right after scanning. Logs you out as soon as you switch out of the app... Sometimes I need to copy some data in and out of the app, so combined with no fingerprint for auth, it's very annoying.
