Logs me out every other week. I have to reset my password multiple times because the app won't accept my password on my phone, but it works fine on my laptop. Biometrics? Forget about it.... this app turns it off every time you log in, forcing you to re-enter your password, but then tells you your password is incorrect.

Extremely buggy, says there are technical errors and closes probably half of the times I've tried to use it, and that's been happening for years now. Its clear app maintenance/development is not high on BCBS priority list.

How does this place consistently have one of the worst apps out there? From the interface to trying to log in to the stupid and pointless to factor verification this by far is one of the worst apps out there. Like this company needs to really seriously consider rebuilding their app from the ground up because this is pathetic. So do yourselves a favor to the people who have this insurance company do not download this app because it's completely worthless.
