★★★★★ Customer care is great they genuinely help the customer to solve the problem as soon as possible

★★★★★ Please don't use this app. Initially it showed me to enter 100 rs only in the wallet. After entering 100 rs showing minimum balance for purchasing anything is 500 rs... That should have been show to the user while registering for the app so that user can make informed decisions

★★★★★ One of the worst apps ever. Seriously, is this a joke? First they'll lure you into their trap with a minimum balance of Rs 100 and in the 2nd transaction they say the minimum balance is Rs 300. IT'S A SCAM. Edit 1:will let y'all know if the refund really is seamless. And will update the rating Edit 2: they initiated a refund right away, very happy with the app, just revisit your minimum balance policies if possible

★★☆☆☆ Very poor app. You have to load wallet. The minimum amt cannot be used else it does not let you purchase. It's very poorly designed app.

★★☆☆☆ Making customers to maintain minimum balance of Rs.50 is unethical. I may want to buy something for 20 rupees. For that I need to add 50 rupees to wallet. This is bad. We don't expect such practices from a Tata company.

★★☆☆☆ 1. Very bad experience with the machines. 2. Very bad customer support experience. I have been following up on an issue for around 15 days now! No resolution yet. 3. Machine doors don't lock correctly. They don't care to fix them. 4. They blame us for their faulty machines. Not just that, they will write an essay giving you gyan. Thinking to stop using all BB products.
