I have been a customer for 21 years. I opened my account when I was 14 years old. A lot has changed since then but not the customer service. I trust them to take care of my banking needs. The app is easy to use. I have not experienced any problems and if I have questions they respond promptly.

Contacted developer a couple of years ago because I was having issues, but the issue was not fixed. Things have actually gotten worse. Recently the app has become completely unusable. I wish I could post a photo, because I just emailed support and my email was blocked by their system. It's a lot of work to completely switch banks, but I believe that may be my only option remaining. Makes sense as I don't even live in Iowa anymore.

This app has never worked well and now it's completely useless. Every time I try to log in it tells me there's some sort of network connectivity issue, and it's taking too long because my connection slow well guess what my connection is 300 Meg in both directions and every other app on my phone works just fine. It constantly has issues not accepting the current password, so I have to reset it. The password is saved in my phone with my thumbprint, and somehow it won't take it half the time.

I have a Samsung Galaxy s10 and when I try to deposit a check it says it can't read the numbers at the bottom of the check I have cleaned my lens, reinstalled the app, tried different checks, and it still gives the same error message

I get an update message but when I go to update, a message saying my device is no longer supported, sorry, I'm not rich, but have a fixed income and can't afford to run out and get a new device for an update
