Not able to open app on my tablet. At the bank I was told I would be able to do it on my tablet as I have always used it with classic version.

Used app successfully until latest S9 update.now it will not open, even after uninstalling and reinstalling.now useless. I informed the bank by email, but I have not yet had the courtesy of a reply.

Terrible app. After logging in it just shows the next page loading. Have to restart on average 4 times before I can access any features and even then It's prone to crashing or error codes
