Love the place it is a very friendly place the only problem is when you actually reach legend status there are no more perks that everyone does not get. Including the legends lounge it is called a legends lounge. Which means only legends should be able to get in

Today I was able to set up my account on the new app, and it's working fine 👍 I'd love to be able to see my Riverton Bally's rewards as I go there more than Lincoln but hey maybe soon 😊 I'm happy to see what an amazing transformation has been done in the new app compared to the old Twin River app. Just upgraded to Superstar as well. It recognizes my account, but that's it. Shows no offers, no tier score, no Bally Bucks balance. So what is the point of this app? The most worthless casino rewards app I have ever seen.

Can't sign in. I go to account top left of app and doesn't do anything. Even on website is confusing can't figure out how to sign in!

This app wouldn't even allow me to register my phone number to set up a rewards account. Entered my phone number and hit send and keep getting a blank/black screen. Issues with the app, coupled with financing issues Bally's is having with the Chicago casino, tells me this is a second rate operation. I'll continue with Rivers Casino and Bet Rivers Casino app for a first class experience.

Could not get the app to link my account. Had the rewards' card right in front of me, so I know I was putting in the correct info, but still said it was not found. App offered no help or recourse to resolve the issue.
