Love this app, however I have an issue with the latest change made to saving images through the app. I see now all pictures saved, rather than pulling the file name from the post title, are named after the Subreddit they were saved from. This is actually quite annoying as it now means I have subreddit.jpg, subreddit(2).jpg, etc. etc. I would much rather have the file name like they had in the prior version. This is purely a personal preference though.

Been using the app for 6 years with no problems. I don't know why I stick with it. Other readers have more options. I guess it's because of its reliability and simplicity.

Been using Bacon reader for what I assume is almost 2 years. I've tried a few over others. This app is exactly what you need to browse Reddit. Plenty of customization options but pop it on dark theme and list view, sign into your account, and you're good to go. Edit: 4 years and counting. Still amazing. Edit: going on 6 and a half at this point at a guess, still the best.

I used to really like the app but for a few weeks it's basically impossible to use on Wi-Fi - comments and posts don't load or take up to a minute to load. I've deleted and reinstalled the app and also reset the Wi-Fi but the problem persists. Sadly I may have to start using a different app if this isn't sorted out soon. Four months later, the issue seems to have been resolved 🙌
★★☆☆☆
2 stars because this app has been my soul way of using reddit for years. Deserves no stars because now ads just open. I won't even be touching my screen/scrolling, and an ad won't even be in my feed/on the screen. Suddenly, reddit goes away and it's loading an add-in the bacon reader browser. If this continues I'll have to switch apps.
★★☆☆☆
Keeps getting worse with every patch, constantly freezes and doesn't load multimedia. Used to be the best reddit app, honestly now one of the worst.
