Pre-book a taxi to take kid to school and never came phoned and women was cheeky said would be another 15 minutes nearly an hour later the taxi came got told by driver that there were other taxis waiting that could've come especially for a pre-booked it should've been priority instead of taking other bookings and sending taxis to them instead will never use it again

Tried calling to be told to download the app, downloaded the app and after 15 minutes of entering my details over and over to be told the taxi that was 2 minutes away was now going to take 26 minutes to get to me, all this for a £5 fare yeah no, thanks either fix the app or man the phone lines again because what you're doing now clearly doesn't work. And no I never did get a taxi and ended up getting a lift from a family member.
