Runs too slow, hard to clock in and out.

I can not stand how if you're late punching in or out on the 6th min. It will not let you complete the action, and you have to call office. Problem with this is I work late until midnight and don't feel it's appropriate to call me boss at that hour. Now if I'm late punching out I've had my whole 14hr shift (THAT IVE WORKED) ERASED, !AS IF I WAS NEVER SCHEDULED AND DON'T RECEIVE MY PAY FOR THE ENTIRE SHIFT!!! I'm pretty sure that is illegal in the state of Pennsylvania!!!

This is one of the dumbest apps. I had the client record his name to sign out, and it looked like it was all complete. And now I have to go back to the client to sign out again. If this happens again, I'm going to quit because I'm being told that this is a requirement from the State of MI. can't go back to paper 😩
