Great app, easy to use. I saw some comments for the login and I had problem as well, but because I made mistake. Once You create from the browser online the username and password don't go straight to the axa app, it won't work, fill up everything online first from the browser until you get to the point for verification of the document and selfie, then you can close the online application from the browser and open this axa app and complete the verification. All working in perfect order 👌 🙌

Can't log in and password reset doesn't work. It's just a rebranding of the Doctor at Hand app but that one does at least let me log in. I think in all the rebranding they've messed up how user accounts are linked and made things confusing.

This app is %&£*ing atrocious. It sends you through a rigmarole to set up credentials, then refuses to work if It's not fully updated, and THEN wipes said credentials after an update. I've lost count of the amount of times I visited an Axa appointment with all my health details stored on the app, and then am unable to access any of it. Even when it is accessible, it's not stored in a usable, intuitive manner. Utterly. Useless.

Every time I log into the app I get "sorry, we are experiencing technical difficulties" and appointments booked or previous appointments aren't showing. In other words, you can't use the app to join an appointment you've booked.

Login seems fixed but the most fundamental part of the app - booking an appointment - does not work. Keeps saying they can't accept payment via the app, and therefore you can't book an appointment.
