★★★★★ Haven't seen any good in this but pretending to be emo that's fun

★★★★★ It is good, but most of it is locked behind a paywall. Finch and Ear kick are slot better.

★★★★★ It is good to keep a daily record of your feelings and actions as a check-in/check-out, so that you can look back on them in a weekly report and review yourself objectively. It can also be used as metacognitive training. You can also set goals and become aware of what you want to be, and reflect on your values. It is also easy to use mindfulness sound sources. The program is supervised by experts in cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance commitment therapy, it's nice for use.

★★☆☆☆ Onboarding experience is just them taking your profile data, showing a bunch of their awards, and then asking you to pay for a subscription without actually providing any value so IDK what im paying for

★★☆☆☆ Not recommended for English-speaking people.

★★☆☆☆ Terrible. And expensive on top of that. Making it extra terrible. This app is not ready for the market.
