My first time here and was trying to redeem the first time free credits I had and was having problems with the QR code scanner and the attendant here used his card for me and helped out with my whole ultimate or premium wash cycle and hooked it up for a fifteen-minute cycle and said if more is needed to just let him know, and he would come over and scan again. Exceptional customer service and one of the friendliest and helpful technicians one could hope for. Five stars to him and two thumbs up!!

Very difficult to use. Registration process is walkaway too long for a car wash app. Unable to figure out how to use the QR codes. I've tried for the last 6 car washes and always end up just putting my CC in and doing it on the screen. It needs to be straightforward and shouldn't need explanation on how to use it. I just want to scan and wash my car. The app should make it easier.

This app is absolutely awful, and it's disgusting that people are forced to use it in order to use a vacuum. Every click through a menu brings up a pop-up ad. You can be certain I'll be deleting the app immediately. Of course, it can't scan the QR code for the vacuum (I tried 3), making this entire thing a waste of time
