(Samsung S9 Android 10) Put this app under Settings > "apps that won't be put to sleep", then app will work. If not, even if you go inside the app and off your phone screen, it'll be put to sleep & won't work. If really worry about battery usage, u can force stop it when not using. For permissions, only location access is needed to turn on/off BT, coz Android classify BT under location access, even if app don't use GPS. A useful tip if u just need turn on/off BT by time. I have tried your app and it didn't work for me on a Moto G7 Power. I set it to turn Bluetooth off when I connect to my WIFI access point. I turned off Wifi and setup the rule and set a sound. I changed the delay time to 2 minutes then waited. It didn't Automatically turn it off.

Was ready to pay for this one, but it just doesn't work. Maybe turns off 1 out of 10 times, but mostly the trigger does nothing.
