There was a glitch after the latest update of the software suite. The diagnostics has not initiated after tapping in the brand badge. However, after updating individual data packages, in this case Asia Diag and VW Diag the app is working fine again. For the price of subscription I would expect few car brands being bundled. Especially in the case of VAG.

This app had stopped working with an android update; I emailed tech support; never got an answer BUT a short few days later the main application was fixed! The secondary app Diag-USA is necessary also, and after emailing this had stopped working too, an update appeared. THERE IS NOTHING BETTER FOR THE PRICE. And, YES this application is still being updated Sep 2024. Used with Au tel AP200.

Stopped working. Was working just fine, a little slow, but everything worked until this week. IDK what the problem is, but they need to fix it seeing as how it isn't like we didn't pay for it.

Stopped working after the latest update. I did get a few replies from customer support who blamed an Android update, not the app update, and directed me to an apk site to download a previous non Google verified version which wouldn't install. At this point I gave up. I got a refund for the additional module I purchased (at £20 a year the most expensive app I ever bought!) but I'm stuck with the hardware that's not useable.

App has worked well for a while and now after "bug fixes" the app doesn't work anymore! Fix your app Au tel!!!
