★★★★★ Love the new features! It's a nice option to work from your phone vs a laptop. I like that they are constantly adding and improving the ap.

★★☆☆☆ This version is poor, the previous version worked brilliant. Wish I could go back to previous version

★★☆☆☆ Working fine on my phone before update, now won't upload designs to the engraver. Connected via Wi-Fi but won't upload.

★★☆☆☆ So far this particular machine is very difficult to work, they don't even recommend the software that comes with it but using a different third party software which is very confusing, and it's hard to find any instructions on this everything that I have learned I've learned it from YouTube videos. Wish I would have gone with a different brand, one that explains everything a little better and provides more direction.
