Can't contact my doctor - the messaging function just plum doesn't work. Record of previous messages deleted an entire history and is currently leaving me unable to contact them while I'm actually thinking about it. Terrible software.

I can't view the summary. When I try to access the page after having configured my email, password, and selecting my relationship with me; it said this: "We’re sorry, your account is not associated with any health records. Please ask your healthcare provider to grant you access to your records." I spoke with my healthcare provider and I have all the permissions my email and phone number correctly.

It showed my Doctor's office, but I'm having the same problem as when I go to log in. Once I put in username/pw, it just redirects me into a loop to log in again. This has been going on for about a month. Can't do it from PC or Cell. Have tried Chrome and Firefox on PC. Cleared cache, etc. I absolutely CAN NOT log in to my portal.

I have had two messages from my doctor. When I go to Athena health or Athena patient it tells me I don't have any recent messages. Something's wrong because I used to have a lot of confidence in this app. How can I not have recent messages when I'm told I have a message that is as of 48 hours ago?
