★★★★★ Connection speed can be slow, and it occasionally doesn't work, but it's by far the most reliable VPN I've used in China. The alternatives always stopped working for many days at a time every time there were some political events going on even if they are of no consequence.

★★★★★ Not always reliable but my best option in China on the long term. More than 10 years with them! 2024 has been a rough year for As trill in China and I hope they get back OpenVPN n 2025.

★★★★★ Should add an option where they show recommended servers. Like on the pc app. Will be much better for the person that lives in China to get better connection.

★★☆☆☆ Used to be great in China, now it's trash. Been using it for almost 5 years, up until August '24 it was reliable - the most important aspect of a VPN in China. Now (December' 24) I spend as much time on my phone app trying to get it to work as I do use it. Have given up on using it on my PC as it's usually 30 minutes finding a usable server that stops working after 5 minutes. Not disparaging As trill, it happens to all VPNs here. It had a good run, but it's over.

Few days ago I paid to renew the service, but they say my invoice is unpaid...nobody is giving me feedback...although my bank said the payment went through. I have to look for another VPN...

★★☆☆☆ It used to be the best vpn in China. Now is really bad. How come As trill IT guys are not able to solve the problems? It's been months now! Please! It's not cheap and subscribers are losing money.
