★★☆☆☆ The chat keeps timing out and no way to go back to it. I had to retype my issue over and over. Help over WhatsApp was unreliable and inconsistent, and they said they couldn't call me over WhatsApp. I had to look for a phone for them to call me with and when I told them the number, they said they would ring but then went silent. For a company that is supposed to assist with medical emergencies, this is unacceptable.

★★☆☆☆ The function "start a refund request" is not working in the App, it just says "try again later" (and it's been that way for months). Also, the Free Toll number isn't free, and if you finally reach someone at their costumer service they won't answer properly! It is very complicated to get a refund. They are not offering a good costumer service...
