As idiotic app as the hospital procedure, doesn't work OTP sent keep saying Invalid, can't log in. Once logged in reports can't be viewed even if message are being received stating your reports are available on Artemis app. Don't which idiot of the world designed this app. Maybe the same guy who is heading the management team of the hospital.

Poor and pathetic service at hospital. Took my mother to the hospital in emergency, the doctors sent us to the new tower. At the new tower we waited for ten minutes, no doctor showed up. The reception lady asked us to download the app and register in the app. The app was not working due to server issues. The lady asked us to pay the bill first and then only doctor will come. We paid the bill and waited for another 15 mins, but no doctor showed up.
