Easy to set up alerts. Like that I can customize the limits.

This is a great app to control your debit and credit cards. It has saved me many times from fraudulent charges. There is however one downside, if you lock your cards and cannot get the app to work (which sometimes happens, not often) then you cannot turn them back on.

The app Won't let me log into my account and now my card is locked and can't unlock it.

This is the worst banking experience I've ever had! You have to download the normal app sign in go to the card defender link in the regular app wait a few seconds for it to open this app just for it to not have any of your banking history it only tracks from now on

Prior to the upgrade recently it was great. Now it's hard to navigate, isn't user-friendly. It's cluttered, accounts can't be rearranged, secure messages won't open. They're not offering support. I think the design is poor,background color is bland. Overall a poor design.

App doesn't work since new website rollout. Selecting card defend through the AFCU app does not open card defend anymore.
