Drivers sometimes accept then decline your booking if they feel it's not big enough and worth their time. Some drivers also don't like booking by card or if it's paid through the app and prefer cash. This is another reason they often reject bookings. This happened for about 40 mins recently. Also, any promotion codes they send you via notifications can not be saved. You have to remember the code, or they're gone forever, so they're pretty pointless. I don't like using this company any more tbh.

Seems they have changed the way the rewards work now too! You can only use your rewards when the reward amount covers the total cost of a trip. So that means you can only use your rewards for a trip after spending like £400-£500 on taxis as the rewards is 1p for each £1 spent. Kind of ridiculous :/

Always wants to take more than the actual fare. And then stays on your pending for a week, so you don't get your money back straight away. No other taxi firm doesn't this what makes you lot so different and It's certainly not because you are the better firm either.... oh and your new app is a load of shite. Sort it out.

If I could do no stars I would, it says 4 minutes wait for a taxi so I order the taxi and then wait for 20 minutes because it says we have your booking then when the taxi is 1 minute away it cancels
