This is a very nice app, I like the deals. I do wish they had a sauce section. So that way you can get them in your bag when you're picking up and don't have to ask. Also, it would be nice to have points, for returning customers to get free items.

You can't use Arby's gift cards on their own app, which is a rip off. The app won't tell you if an item is out of stock, but when you get to the store to pick it up, they won't let you sub the item for something else. Arby's is becoming a joke.

No rewards, very little ability to customize an order, and "deals" that are so restricted as to be worthless. The app is useful for looking over the menu before you get to the store, I suppose, but mostly pointless apart from that.

Back to 2015... Other apps allow you to pickup food without getting out of your car. Arby's will instead force you to go inside after ordering to get a sweet tea w/o ice (unsweet tea with ice is the only tea option). Oh and cheese dip isn't an option either. The lil dude at the counter said "it is what it is", as he charged my card $.55 for cheese, which he later forgot. You guys can't even make a $3 wrap lol. All clowns from the top down. They only offer fake smiles and fake ice cream. Goodbye.
