Their 'apply for several apartments via single application' is a huge scam. My addresses, while entered correctly by me, were altered during submission. This caused my application to be swiftly denied for inaccuracy, and they never bothered even replying to the several requests I submitted for a refund. I used to enjoy Jeff Goldblum. 😉

You should be able to flag some of the houses for rent on here for take down or that can be a scam, asking much a background check make 3 times the amount they ask for rent a month, .......think people probably spend there last dollar to not live in a dump like there's.....who don't have a fund up Criminal background....let's be logic government manufacturers Criminal Records for their own benefits in Colorado 50% are fake Criminal Records

Be careful with these five-star reviews because they are fake. Why did this app mute my audio while I was opening it? It also quickly times out, the website is better to use than this waste of a time app. This app also deletes anything that is in my search bar when I click on it, this app is an annoying and needlessly difficult to use.

I honestly don't get why they include "No availability" places in the map results. These should be filtered out. Also, those map results that display a large bottom panel is really annoying for quickly browing different pins because it covers almost the entire map. Also, a way to persist the last used search filters and location would be great, so I don't have to specify them every time I launch the app. All the other rental apps do this like Trulia and Hot pads.
