That has not happened in any other app. While the developers are a bit squeeze about ratings I can understand why. Free and, superior product. Truly, when the remote has once again "disappeared" this app helped in areas my original remote did not. Thus leading me to call SS and have the correct remote delivered for the soundbar I purchased. The adjustable subwoofer was not an op on my last remote.

★★☆☆☆ I have been using this app for a few years now on an old HTC one m8, because it has a zapper. Brilliant app. However, recently, after making some changes to the onscreen display, I am no longer able to back it up, either thru cloud back up or Web editor upload. Google plus sign in just spins round and round and Web editor just says there are no messages. As things stand, if I have to reset the phone i will lose all my settings. Hopefully you can fix this and I will revise to 5 stars. Thanks
