My tablets apps keeps freezing up or not working at all like I have a virus. Loading very slow. And I have both your malware and spyware apps. It says it ok but I know better. I'm paying a subscription but if it's not going to work then I'm canceling it and getting a better company. your apps do not do what you claim. I've had them for a long time and my device gets slower, and the apps won't load right. It lags when typing and going to different screens. It's a brand-new tablet. I'm done 😠

App crashes and now says that it has a bug & to wait for developers to update! Developers requested screenshot of the above, which I provided, then replied requesting a great deal more information which quite frankly, I don't think I should have to provide. The app is defective, and I doubt very much whether it actually detects anything whatsoever. 2nd edit after Developer's response: I've emailed you an S/shot & U requested MORE info AGAIN! Just address the nonsense please.
