I have been trying to book FOR 2 HOURS AND STILL Can't GET A RIDE! Even if I'm near a rider looking for a passenger, my request is not showing to his screen! If you could make your riders to stop being so damn picky, maybe, just maybe, the service would be much better. Since we can't even pick available riders in our vicinity, because who we get is what we get! Even live support is USELESS. I keep repeating the issue to them and wouldn't even compensate for the inconvenience.
