★★☆☆☆ Your app crashes constantly. My son was in an accident 2 days ago, and I can't even log into the app due to its malfunction. When I did log in, I could not upload pictures of the car.

★★☆☆☆ Tells me to update the app even though it's already been updated. Uninstalled then reinstalled. Same issue Update 9/30/24: i uninstalled the app and when I reinstalled it, it won't let me put in my password or use my biometrics.

★★☆☆☆ This app is worthless. I can only view my policy. I can't make a payment through the app. None of the links work. Waste of time.
