This is a great app, I prefer it over other mindfulness apps like Headspace or Calm. I had a subscription issue, but the developers were responsive and addressed it relatively quickly. It has really helped me to make mindfulness more of a daily practice.

Your goals will not be realized. I thought the concept was interesting, but it is too tedious to use. I guess it's another app to waste time staring at if you are the type of person who does that. Though that type of person might benefit from this app the most. If you know what you are doing... you won't just sit around staring at your phone surfing YouTube anyway.

I just downloaded the latest version through the play store but every time I open it, it tells me to update to the latest version and boots me out. Will adjust rating if this can be resolved. Thanks!
