I've been using Am crest Smart Home Cameras for over 5 years without any disappointments. Love how I can place my cameras in one place and move them up and down and do a 360 around the room. The talk back and listen is a plus. The vision quality is clear for day and night. A plan is not required, however, it is worth the very low affordable plans they offer. My only regret is that I wasted money on purchasing other home cameras that does not live up to Am crest. I highly recommend Am crest.

Has been working extremely well for more than a year. My only complaint is when I open the app trying to quickly view my camera to catch something. That's when it seems to take a long time to display the video, live. It's like when there's no activity in the cameras view, it loads and plays real quick. But when there's something there, it struggles for some reason.

POS doesn't work. Keep getting a network error. My network is fine, it's the app. Have another am crest app controlling my 8 cameras all working fine. Tired of this. Spent too much money on all these cameras for them not to work!

Notifications not working on my S24 ultra. Support is blaming my phone, people come to my doorbell push the button nothing happens on my phone no notification and no incoming alert about the person waiting at the door after pushing the button. I let support know they need to read these other reviews everyone says the same problem. It's not my phone. Using the AD410 model app is up-to-date, and they had me reinstall it didn't help.
