The app is extremely easy to navigate, and I love that I can use it on my phone, pc & television! Amanda has workouts for every fitness level/for every time amount you may have in a day to get moving - and she makes them FUN, while keeping you motivated for keeping on track w/ daily workouts. I never enjoyed working out (and so I just didn't do it) until I discovered AK Fitness & I couldn't be happier! Highly recommend for all fitness levels!

Amanda is an amazing fitness instructor, the best thing I'm done was sign up to her app her workouts are so much fun and work every muscle in your body 😊

Good workouts but several videos are not synced properly, making it impossible to do the workout, including one that was just re-uploaded as a "New Release" even though it has been on there for months, if not longer. (Not the first time they have done this) I have contacted customer service, but nothing has changed despite them saying they would fix or remove the videos. It's a bit insulting considering the cost for this app, but seemingly no care about the user experience.
