Been using Alto for over a year now and the service is nearly perfect. Prescriptions are processed quickly, they have way better supply chain consistency than every other pharmacy chain I've tried (CVS, Walgreens, Caremark, Carelon, Amazon), speedy delivery, and responsive support. The app is simple and easy to navigate. It has some minor bugs but nothing too annoying; it's certainly leaguing better than most other pharmacy and healthcare apps.

I like that it's not a hassle to order my medication. The Care Team is awesome, they answer all my questions within 30 minutes, and they send me messages regarding upcoming medication and deliveries. I'd recommend this pharmacy.

This pharmacy delayed my delivery for months after scheduling it several weeks out. They notified me of the delay ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY due to it being out of stock. Really poor communication, and constantly trying to upsell and pester me to order refills. So... The appearance of convenience but no different from other pharmacies. I'm very disappointed. Uninstalling immediately and notifying my providers.

They deleted my prescriptions and refused to do any prior authorizations digitally. Then they fired the driver when they were at my house, taking my prescription with them. I learned this from the really nice driver the next day. A kind but unhelpful customer service agent couldn't even contact the driver and then rescheduled it incorrectly, which I caught so someone was home. Then they requested a refill I didn't ask for, annoying my provider. Avoid Alto, save yourself a headache.

So disappointed to learn you are laying off all your couriers to save money and using Uber drivers instead. I have come to known my couriers by name and look forward to seeing them. I disgusted to learn you are abandoning the very employees who built your company and were the ones doing the real labor and face to face customer service. You ought to be ashamed of yourself.
