★★★★★ A bit difficult for 79yo to navigate. ? Eg changing from mobile phone to laptop; the change of format confuses me since I don't use my laptop much anymore. I haven't been able to work out how to pay for the 50 hours, so seem to be currently using a free introductory offer? I've lots more stuff related to my hobby to be transcribed from handwritten old corres. As mentioned previously, it is a bit annoying for me to have to correct the spelling of my Surname and St Adress every time....

★★☆☆☆ Not what I'm looking for a looking for something that I can use on any platform

★★☆☆☆ After uploading 1 hour audio the transcript is inaccessible, ui freezes, can't scroll, can't play back, nothing works. In addition to the raw text I would like to see a time stamped option to display text like how YouTube shows cc text with time index
