Don't think to book with them, really it is sacam company, for the stay they put photos extremely different than the reality, firstly I booked with them stay in mekka haram view and when I reached the hotel they told me it is partial haram view, and in Maddienh also I booked with them, it was partial haram view and I have just arrived and found that it is plaza view, when I contacted them they told me they were tried to contact the hotel, but I was there standing with the hotel's agent no one call

تطبيق المسافر غير تواريخ الحجز بدون اذن مني، ودعمهم الفني ما قدموا اي دعم؛ لكن الاستاذ / شلدن باستقبال فندق ميركيور جبل حفيت كان فعلاً متفهم ومتعاون وفوراً اعطاني الحجز اللي نويته. شكراً استاذ شلدن! Almosfaer app changed my stay dates without my permission and their support didn't provide any support; but Mr. Sheldon, the receptionist @ Grand Mercury Jabal Ha feet, was really helpful and understanding & immediately gave me the stay I intended! Thank you, Mr. Sheldon!

I had a frustrating experience with my very first booking through the app. I received an email confirming my flight, but when I tried to check in, I was shocked to find out it had been canceled with no clear explanation. I do not recommend this service.
