I was trying to scan the QR Code. It had me update the App. Then it wouldn't take my password. I changed it 4 times, and it kept saying password incorrect. I logged in via computer at home and it worked. I was unable to use the QR code at the med spa. Update: 12/13/23 The App doesn't work. It keeps saying I have the wrong password but when I Iog on via web/online using the same password it works just fine. Frustrating that I couldn't scan the QR code on my last visit. Please fix the bug!

The App doesn't work for my android. I was a one of their locations, and I scanned the barcode. It just took me to the Alle main page. My service wasn't recorded. It's been 3 days since the service, and it didn't log it even in the background.
