★★★★★ Some challenges getting it set up but works well after the initial learning curve. The key is to be sure you have a phone number set up in your organization account before setting up the Alight App. It looks for a valid phone number, in your organization profile to use and will not work if no phone number is in your profile.

★★☆☆☆ Like others have said, the app never remembers my employer and biometric login does not work.

★★☆☆☆ 2/15/2025 reviewed: It's a such painful, stupid and worst designed app ever used. Downloaded the updated version, and yet is still the worst and useless. Won't touch it again. 10/3/2024 reviewed: The updated version is Absolutely terrible and annoying. How signed off on such a badly designed app to production? No QA? In the current world, not allow password to be copied and pasted at login, app won't stay logged in after you did the first log on is a no no. Won't use it until it's fixed.

★★☆☆☆ App keeps getting worse. Now I have to search for my company every time I open the app. It falsely claims I'm offline. Input boxes are buggy such that copying and pasting username and password is broken. And forget about trying to use your password manager from within the app like real Android apps. I think this was written by interns.
