The app is missing the shopper's ability to consult the customer while the shopping is in progress, to obtain their approval about any replacements, substitutions or deletions. Also, the app's messaging system is not very user-friendly; email or regular text messaging would be better. Lastly, I would appreciate if my preferred delivery time could be scheduled for the appointed day.

This app is garbage, crashes constantly when editing maintenance requests, locks up my phone, the UX makes no sense . It should be removed from the app store

Services are complicated to book (I've tried to hire a cleaning service three times) nothing works the way you would expect in this app. Constant push notifications, but if I click the notification I am never taken to the message, rather, I get taken to the hello Alfred home page where I have to use their terrible navigation to hunt down the thing I got a push notification for. The app is slow, links are connected to the wrong pages, amenities, events, and posts, are hard to find.
