★★★★★ Easy to use app. Good client service. Fast reimbursements. Can only say good things about my experience with Alan so far.

★★☆☆☆ Hi, I updated the app and now all features are broken. There is an infinite loading screen on the primary tab and the "contact support" button is unresponsive. When I switch the next tab where I should be able to get in touch with a medical professional, I get a message saying I've been blocked for X seconds due to too many attempts. The app is completely unusable.

★★☆☆☆ Really bad experience after hospitalization abroad, took Alan 3 or 4 days to establish contact with hospital. They misinformed me for day of transport back to Belgium saying elite will be on a certain day! After 2 days have passed, and I think I was supposed to fly the next they didn't communicate with me that they decided they will transport me another 4 days later! They didn't even call/email to inform me when my new flight back would happen! Stay away from Alam if you want good experiences
