It's great! I've been waiting a long time for this BP monitor to be approved in Canada. I suffer from fibromyalgia. Blood pressure cuffs around the upper arm are very painful. A 24-hour BP monitor with cuff was, therefore, out of the question for me. Aktiia's daytime readings are very close to the readings I was taking with my monitor, and I can now have the nightime readings too. The only thing I'd like to have is a smaller bracelet. It sticks out a bit at the end for me due to my small wrist.

Amazing tech. Tested and it's very accurate. It can't take a reading when you're moving around, so you have to get used to averages. Having dozens of random measurements during the day is better IMHO. Ideal for helping to find out BP triggers and see the impact of lifestyle change and medication. This is rare - an app that will save lives.

Worked well initially - but now, like others, I have days when it seems to take no measurements and behaves as if it's not powered. When I did get support, the usual response was "you're moving too much" or "try re-positioning the bracelet". I think there are fundamental problems with the hardware - and now I notice that it's extremely difficult to find a way to contact support - almost as if the link has been removed. Really, really disappointing. I cannot recommend Aktiia anymore.

Their support is non-existent. Had worked well for 6 months and then the bracelet stopped working. Contacted support and received an automated response asking for more information which was supplied. No response since then which is now 10 (October 2023) days and counting. Will update this review if I ever hear from them.

My bracelet developed a problem; it has deformed around the sensor, probably from swollen battery, and it is difficult to fit on the cradle to charge. May be because of that, the readings seem to be off compared to a standard cuff monitor. There is no easy way to report this, and I have written to the technical support twice over the past 10 days without any response. At the same time, the company continues to pour marketing messages over me and the effort seems to be focused there.
