App itself is good, but complex passwords don't work with the app. Seems many are having this issue, I had to alter my password to allow me to log in using the app.

Used to work fine with Biometrics, now asks for fingerprint and then username and password, so actually turning on biometrics now makes it a longer process. Please sort this. Thanks

What a load of tosh. Can only log in occasionally using fingerprint verification from mobile just to VIEW my portfolio, then continually asks for full security verification. This makes simply viewing your portfolio too painful. Use Hargreaves Landon - no problems there, ever. Whenever I try to discuss this with AJ Bell, they either say it has been reported, or it's my phones fault (Samsung), or I don't use it regularly enough! What a joke.
