I used an Airalo eSIM for twelve-day tour of Turkey and was very pleased. The signal was strong and fast across both urban and rural Turkey, with great 4G speeds. To maintain the connection, I found that I would need to momentarily switch my phone to airplane mode once every 24 hours. Apart from that, it all worked as expected.

Airalo is a fraudulent company. They do not provide the support they claim to. They use a cheap AI bot for support instead of a real human. The bot can't help you besides some preprogrammed answers. The esim I bought didn't work, and I wasted an hour of my time. This company is terrible.

I cannot activate the sim card and customer service takes forever to answer my question. Do not buy if you are using android phone! Such a waste of money 😡😡😡
