Can't search well in the database. Can auto pop location within 5 km but can't search for specific clinic out of the location, though keywords such as clinic, surgery is input, even exact clinic name is input. Have to scroll through the list A-Z or Z-A. Edited: my bad. I search for clinic instead of location at the search function. The Filter function works fine.

Lousy app! Key in correct password cannot log in. Fingerprint also cannot log in. Keep sarong network error!(my network no issue to watch movie but cannot log in yr app?!)

Terrible interface and user experience. Access and navigation are very slow, the app sometimes crashes or loads forever. Worse yet, the interface makes finding a panel clinic extremely difficult (how convenient for the insurer...).

Lousy app. When visiting a few of the panel clinics all say the system not ready and ask us to pay first instead of doing co-pay as covered under AIA. Lousy. Emailing customer support seems to be not working as well. They do not understand simple English.
