★★☆☆☆ I had an awful experience booking through the Agoda app. I paid 10,000 Rs for a hotel, but when I tried contacting the hotel to confirm the location and book an extra room, they ignored all my calls, leaving me stranded and unable to check in. Agoda has been completely unhelpful and unreachable during this entire ordeal. It feels like a total scam. I trusted this app to provide reliable bookings, but it has proven to be untrustworthy. I'll never use Agoda again and strongly advise others not to.

★★☆☆☆ We have an unpleasant experience booking a property review/rated 4 plus in Agoda app trusting their information shared in app. Booked property for 20 pax for 2 days. When we reached the property in sakleshpur found basic amenities were missing (rooms/bathrooms not cleaned, used towels given, sweaty blankets, dirty water to drink & Noone to address our concerns. Agoda & property manager kept playing blame game & we suffered in between. Terrible exp of our life. Do your check before booking.

★★☆☆☆ Recent had done a booking through agoda for a resort, at the last moment the booking was cancelled by agoda stating that card n personal details were not updated, but I had already updated my details thrice which was also confirmed from agoda, the property also confirmed the booking but agoda cancelled and I did not get any cashback moreover had to pay additional 18-20k extra since had planned a surprise for my son n wife to celebrate our 2nd child so couldn't cancel the booking.
