★★☆☆☆ So much for affirms "We're here to help" if you have a problem making a payment! We just went through 2 hurricanes & can't access any bank accounts so called affirm 2 sees abt deferring 2 payments for 5 days; honestly I was really taken aback by how totally uncaring & cold the c/s agent was! Was going to charge me an overdue fee on top of the payment! Explained we just got cell service back & haven't been able to call till today! He ignored the 2nd payment I am worried about making!

★★☆☆☆ I don't like the fact that I'm able to verify all my info and still can't get another loan because of the excuse about my phone number, which is with TransUnion. I just think their being selective. Makes no sense. Lies and said it was because I had a freeze on my report too and there wasn't a freeze. Wonder what excuse I'm going to get now. U talking to the same person that was on the old phone number and who sent you all my info to verify who I am. Still not sure? Bogus.
