I really like this app, it combines everything like time on job site, customers signatures, pictures and explanations of jobs. It has some minor problems which I'm sure they'll fix eventually. All I can say is it's about time this app came along.

Works most of the time. But the GPS is the biggest issue, then they have you assign technicians multiple times due to not saving information. So when you set tech again, you have to reset ETA and another option I can't think of off the top of my head.

The affiliate Connect app is very user restrictive. Highlighting in copying anything from the app is restricted. Updating notes from offside is restricted. Submitting an invoice is restricted. More than half of the time the app does not recognize when the technician is on site. Signed work order documentation is restricted and does not allow for a copy for our records. This application seems to have a lot of benefits for True Source but does not have very many benefits for the technician.

Doesn't work half the time, got Costner signature twice today on my phone still did not work, I had them sign my invoice, I have couple invoices that have not been paid for few months because of signature. Over all, it is not saving me time and taking extra 20 minutes after job to complete paper work, missed some jobs this year because of this app, tech support is almost none present, good luck trying to get someone to help, even Costner service representatives are having hard time with it.
