Fun & engaging learning experience my only complaint so far is that some parts will read speech & ?s & answers to students & others don't. For example inside the academy it tells you what the headmaster is saying but in pet battles you must read everything yourself. There should be an option to turn read to me on and off in all parts of the app. It could have a voice button on ?s & answers, or it could be a master setting by parents. For kids with learning issues read-outs are important.

Won't work in Kids Mode. On Samsung tablets in kids mode it lets the kids break out and do things like watch YouTube or TikTok. Contacted support. They said to not use it in kids mode.

I can't get past the Get Started screen. Gave up after I tried support. I'm out 45 bucks with no one to help me. Bummer, my 7-year-old was excited for it.

I downloaded this app to help my boys over the summer but decided to go with another app. I canceled my subscription but was still charged. I contacted customer care, but they said that I probably didn't successfully unsubscribe. On top of that, they don't do refunds, this is why at times I prefer the old way of teaching. So, be careful with canceling these types of subscriptions.😞 And no, I don't want an apology from the company. I want my money refunded.
