ADT is absolutely terrible. I wish I hadn't been roped into a contract. Sensors gave out quick, camera lags, doesn't always record encounters which defeats the whole purpose of security, and an absolute nightmare if you change internet providers! Started having door sensor issues six months in, and they wanted me to pay someone to come check it out. VERY slow connection to live feed, and I can't wait until contract is up to get cameras elsewhere. Customer service= 👍 system= 💩

ADT is trash, the cameras are horrible quality. If you change your router or network the cameras are an absolute nightmare to get reconnected to a new network. The panel is super outdated and slow. And they make you use the app to access any video footage of your cameras. The doorbell takes so long to load the video, that you will most likely miss the person that came to the front door. Don't go with ADT it's not worth the time or money
